They died when they were undergoing silicone implant surgery in a clinic that was not certified and the doctor did not have a license plus the clinic did not have the proper surgical equipment or any specialized staff.

Plastic surgeries can bring health problems and even death.  For these reasons, if anybody wishes to have surgery is in their best interest to investigate different places and to make sure that they chose the best place to have the surgery.  They need to make sure the clinic is certified and that the surgeon is licensed. In this way they will prevent complications and they will have better results and they will feel much better about their bodies.
